Refund policy

 REFUNDS / EXCHANGES
 All sales are final with the exception of manufacturing defects. If your product arrives and you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund by emailing INDEXCHICAGO@GMAIL.COM. The product(s) must be returned how they were delivered (unsetup, unused) to be given a refund. 

Exchanges accepted in-store onlyIf you are unhappy with your purchase you may exchange for other items or store credit. Exchange items must be in the same condition as they were purchased.

Please consider that nearly all fingerboard products are handmade to some degree and may exhibit variances and minor inconsistencies. We carry products from all over the world, the standards of various brands and creators may vary. Please contact us with any specific questions before purchasing.
